Firstly, I’m back writing the next ’52′ song now. There’s going to be a more human focus this time…
Flew out to Italy this week. Spending the next three weeks here in Tuscany, I always get perspective from the change. Firstly I think I’m going to record some acoustic arrangements of my songs. I used to play them around london at open mics etc but would never quite finish them because I wanted to prove I could do the whole multi-instrumentalist thing. Now I’m confident with that I’d like to fashion these guitar/piano songs into some recordings. Watch this space – it really shouldn’t take too long and the quality of the songs/recordings is liable to be a whole lot better than what I’ve been releasing for 52tochangetheworld simply because of the amount of time I’ve spent with these songs over months and years. They really are part of me.
